CB1 is excited to welcome Costello Medical, the first tenant to take just over 21,000 sq ft of office space in the much anticipated building at 50/60 Station Road. Costello Medical will move into the space in spring 2019, when the building’s top quality work spaces are due to be ready for businesses to move in.

The Cambridge-born company is at the forefront of its field in providing scientific support to the healthcare sector, making this year’s Sunday Times shortlist of 100 Best Small Companies to work for. Expanding out of its existing premises at City House in Cambridge, Sophie Costello, the group’s co-founder, is pleased to be able to grow the business in the centre of Cambridge.

Costello Medical jumped on the opportunity early, being the first to commit to upscaling their business into spaces in CB1, a move which is being followed by a number of other future-occupiers, who now have offices in the new building under offer.

Christian Anderton, Associate Director at Aviva Investors Real Estate was pleased “to have secured a growing native business” over a year before the practical completion of 50/60 Station Road, underpinning his belief in the project, one of the landmark buildings in the latest phase of the CB1 development.
